The park is open daily year-round from 8am - sunset. There are no vehicle entry fees. The self-guided tour and exhibit shelter are accessible all times the park is open.

Groups of 10 or more who wish to visit the park on weekday mornings are advised to contact the park interpreter in advance at 408-846-5632 to find out if their groups’ activities may be impacted by previously scheduled events in the park.

Guided educational programs are available by reservation for groups of up to 35 students. Teacher’s packets are available online and materials are available for classroom loan. Click here for more information about these and other resources for educators.
