Dale Wimbrow Park is located in northern Indian River County. It lies along the beautiful Sebastian River near Sebastian and Roseland. Features include a large fenced playground, picnic pavilions, event pavilion (reservation required), restrooms, boat launch (7 feet deep at the end of the ramp), fitness trail, paved parking and fishing access. The walking trail at the Park connects to the Donald MacDonald Campground and is a beautiful hike through an upload scrubby flatwoods adjacent to the freshwater Sebastian River floodplain. This is a great location for spring and fall migration birding as small songbirds find refuge and water in this location during the migration trek.
