The Fischer-Sebastian River Tract is a 95-acre conservation area that is managed in partnership with Florida State Parks. The conservation area protects wetlands and hardwood hammock habitats that are along the St. Sebastian River. This conservation area is only accessible through the navigable waterway from the Sebastian Canoe Launch. There are no trails within the landward area of the conservation area.
