The Hudeman Slough Wetland Enhancement Project provides 57 acres of seasonal freshwater marsh habitat for wildlife. The property is managed in partnership with the Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District and the California Department of Fish and Game. A wide variety of migratory and resident birds can be seen from the trail around the wetlands. There is a 2.5 mile walking trail on a raised levee. The trailhead access is from Ramal Road.
Hudeman Slough Boat Launch is located in the Carneros region of southeastern Sonoma County and provides paddlers access to the tidal waterways that link to San Pablo Bay. The remote site is owned by the state Department of Fish and Wildlife and managed by Sonoma County Regional Parks.
The launch can accommodate non-motorized boats up to 24 feet long. The parking lot has 20 parking spaces.
