Settlers were drawn to the region’s natural features in the 19th century, and by the 20th century, Seven Caves and the stunning Rocky Fork Gorge had become popular tourist destinations. While Seven Caves is no longer open to the public, the park’s hiking trails and the nearby gorge allow visitors to experience the area’s natural beauty. The park features an unlimited horsepower lake with a marina, docks, and fishing piers.
