The Carson Platt Estate is a 5,334-acre tract within the State-managed St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park. The property contains endangered xeric scrub habitat, pine flatwoods, dry prairie, and wetlands. The preserve helps protect the St. Sebastian River watershed and provides habitat for rare bird species. A great place to hike, bike, or ride equestrian. You may view a variety of wildlife and camping is available by reservation.
