Witten Park is an undeveloped piece of property on Lake Hopatcong, fronted by the docks of the Sperry Spring Property Owners Association. Although Witten Park lies on the lakeshore, the Borough could obtain only the land and not the shore rights, keeping the Lake off-limits to Witten Park visitors. There are plans to address the stormwater that runs through this property into lake Hopatcong. Once the stormwater management project is complete, the park will become more "park-like", with walking paths, benches, and lake views.
