Today's plant is the beautiful little "Snowberry." This lovely plant's little flowers will make you think you've entered a fairy wonderland! 🧚♀️ Besides the fragrance, these little tea-cup like flowers are simply a joy. Snowberries are common to our hammock areas and will sprawl out dangling in the mid-canopy. You can use snowberry in your own native garden in full sun or even partial shade. They like to be a little moist, but do well in dry sandy areas too. Birds and even some mammals will enjoy the white berries. They do have strong root systems and will create suckers that need to be managed in your own backyard habitat.
