Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility and helps to manage stress and anxiety levels. Yoga also offers relaxation, ways to better manage stress and the wonderful support of a warm and welcoming community! Practicing yoga outside in nature has proven to lower heart rate/blood pressure and even boost immunity!
Yoga in the Park will he held in the gazebo next to the lake at Voice of America MetroPark. Please bring your own mat.
