Calling all adult learners!
The unique leaves of deciduous tree species are gone come winter, but there are many other interesting features to help in identifying these trees! Join in this adult's only (16 and older) class to learn about Ohio's native trees in the wintertime.
The course will begin indoors with a classroom segment to build knowledge on winter tree ID, then we will take a short drive (less than 1/2 mile) to the Woodsdale Area of Chrisholm MetroPark to apply this knowledge in the forest. Please come prepared and dressed for the weather.
The fee for this class is $5.00 per person, and is open for those 16 and older. Registration is requested, walk-in's are welcome.
