Celebrate Earth Day by learning about what you can do to create vibrant, edible, waterwise gardens at your home and in your community.

Sustainable Solano will host its annual tour of Benicia and Vallejo demonstration food forest gardens from 9 am-4 pm Saturday, April 22. The day will include talks by permaculture experts and an opportunity to visit home landscapes that capture rainwater and roofwater (and, in some cases, laundry-to-landscape greywater) to nourish the soil of these gardens and provide food and habitat.

The tour is free ($10 suggested donation)
