Passport to Fishing is a beginner angler program developed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Trained instructors will provide skills, techniques and information that allow any novice angler to start fishing. Hands-on stations will cover the basics of angling in Casting, Fishing Knots and Rigging, Fish Habitat and Handling and Local Information. The program will finish with time to fish.
