What does it mean to care for the land? Join Sempervirens Fund and our partners at the new Castle Rock State Park Robert C. Kirkwood entrance for educational talks and hands-on activities!
Castle Rock State Park is home to many plants and animals, some of which are threatened or endangered. And did you know that the sandstone is sensitive too? Come learn what this region is made of and the stewardship and research underway to restore and protect this diverse habitat! Activities and presentations by the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, Bay Area Climbers Coalition, State Park scientists, Portola & Castle Rock Foundation, and Santa Clara County Parks.
