Part of our Wellness on Water (WOW) series, this introductory class is for those who would love to learn to stand up paddle (SUP) but are stumped on how to get started. (Pssst - you don't HAVE to stand, it is possible to sit or kneel!)As a group we'll paddle to a quiet spot on the lake and then sit or recline on our boards for a few stretches and some quiet meditation taking in the sights and sounds of nature. Expect to see turtles, blue herons, kingfishers and possibly bald eagles. You can hear so much more!
