In this nature-inspired Daycation you’ll explore one of the landing sites of Lewis and Clark during their trek to the Pacific, Cathedral Park! Play along with your little explorers as they discover the park, the river, and all of the nature to be found there. Then, head into St. Johns for a quick bite at kid-friendly Anna Bananas before continuing up to the playground at St. John’s City Park. Finish up with a stop at the St. Johns Library to look through some books about the Lewis and Clark expedition and the native wildlife that call the Willamette Valley home!

Location: North Portland

Features: One of the city’s most unique parks (under a bridge!) with paved paths and a dog park, a kid-friendly cafe, a fun playground, and a trip to the library, all in downtown St. Johns!

Parking: Parking is available in the lot at Cathedral Park.

Potty Break: Restrooms are available at Cathedral Park, St. John’s City Park, and the St. Johns Library, and for customers at Anna Bananas.
