A great Daycation for the whole family! As you loop around one of Portland’s most historic parks, enjoy the beautiful lake, see who can spot the most ducks, and end with a trip to the playground. This quick Daycation is simple and sweet, and has something for all ages. Strollers, new walkers, little ones on balance bikes and scooters, and even your pup will all enjoy the time outside. This is a great rainy day Daycation as well, as the paved paths are never muddy, and are perfect for puddle-stomping and your little one’s favorite umbrella.

Potty Break: Bathrooms are on site on the north side of the park and also next to the playground.
Parking: On street parking in the neighborhood surrounding Laurelhurst Park.
Nearby Places to Eat: If you are heading to the park earlier in the day, Crema Coffee + Bakery is just a few blocks west and serves amazing coffee and baked goods all day long. If it's time for lunch or dinner, check out the food cart pods on NE 28th between Ash and Ankenny for lots of delicious kid-friendly meal options.
