The AAACC is one of the premier African American arts and cultural institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bordering the historic Fillmore Jazz District, the AAACC offers a wide variety of art and cultural programs, including performance, visual and digital art. The AAACC is also home to the 206-seat Buriel Clay Theater which serves as a site for theater productions, dance performances, musical concerts, film and video screenings, seminars, and workshops.
