The D.D. and Velma Davis Education & Visitor Center's Arseny Melnick Observation Tower is a two and one-half story metal and glass structure. There is a wraparound observation deck that allows for a breathtaking view of Lake Glacier as well as Fellows Riverside Gardens. The tower is accessible by stairs and an elevator, so all visitors can enjoy the view.
