Digit Point Day Use Area and Boat Launch is located on the south shore of Miller Lake 40 minutes east of Chemult, Oregon. The day use area’s proximity to Miller Lake’s shoreline and pretty views of Miller Mountain and the Pacific Crest Trail ridge make it an ideal picnic spot. Amenities include potable water, six picnic tables, five fire rings, and one charcoal barbecue. You can wade in the water or fish right from the bank. Day users will also like the convenience of the changing room, water spigot, and three vaulted toilets.
The boat ramp at Digit Point is adjacent to the campground and clearly marked with signage. The ramp accommodates motor boats ranging from 8-15 feet as well as pontoon boats. Miller Lake is stocked annually with rainbow trout, and you can also fish for Kokanee salmon, brown, and brook trout. You can fish 24 hours a day in Miller Lake
The Digit Point boat ramp features interpretive signs with facts about lake marine life, one vault toilet, one picnic table, and one accessible parking space near the dock. Just above the boat ramp lies a large parking lot with room for 20 vehicles and trailers.
