A fisherman's paradise, the Dr. Michael Bowers Lake has been rested and restored for passive recreational use such as fishing or canoeing. Tucked into the beautiful, wooded Stillwater River valley, over fifty acres of well-stocked lakes are available free of charge.
Parking was recently improved on East Wenger Road just east of Englewood Indoor Soccer. Currently, access to the Lakes is limited to walkers or bikers via the Stillwater River Trail. Non-motorized boats are allowed on the lakes. Park is open daily during daylight hours.
