This site is a large paved parking area, with ample room for large groups, RVs and trailers. There is a toilet located in the center of the parking area and an information kiosk with trail maps at the trailhead on the west side of the parking area.
There is also a warming hut in this area for skiers and snowshoers in the winter.

• Edison nordic ski and snowshoe trails (winter)
• Edison Butte OHV Trail System (summer)
• Edison-Lava mountain bike trail  (summer)
