Edward H. Carroll, Sr. Kids Park 

The playground at the Edward H. Carroll, Sr. Kids Park at Waterfront Park has been completely renovated. The old playground equipment was removed in late May 2021 and the brand new playground reopened on November 12, 2021. Waterfront Park is many times used for events and special celebrations such as weddings, birthday parties, etc. The park cannot be 'reserved' for exclusive use since it is a public park but we do encourage those who are wishing to use the facilities to call the Parks and Recreation office at 251-981-6039 to at least apprise us of your intended use. Your name and date of use will be recorded on a calendar to hopefully alleviate problems with overlapping events.
