This boat launch, which is managed by the City of Napa, is located on Highway 128. The boating permit fee is $4 per day or $25 per year. The daily fee can be submitted in the drop box at the boat launch and an annual pass may be purchased at City of Napa Water Division headquarters in downtown Napa (1340 Clay Street).  Launching and retrieving water craft is permitted only during hours posted at the boat launch and no motors over 10 horsepower are allowed.
