The Switchyard Park Pavilion (11,000 sq. ft.) is an indoor event space that is available for rent and is located off of S. Rogers Street. The building includes a large open area, catering kitchen, restrooms, and onsite office space.
The Pavilion is a Lead Silver building. Solar Panels provide part of the electrical power, rain water from the roof is used in the Water Tower for irrigation, a portion of the building holds a green (living) roof, and the floor utilizes radiant heat.
The capacity is listed as 600 standing and 442 using tables and chairs. We have seating (tables and chairs) for up to 350 people.
The Pavilion indoor event rental space rates:
- Weekdays: 4-hour block $250 or all day $500.
- Weekends/holidays: 4-hour block $300 or all day $600. (Fridays are considered a weekend).
- There are additional fees for alcohol and projectors/screens.
- Rental deposit is $300.
- The only way to apply for a reservation is to turn in the deposit and completed rental agreement. If the reservation is approved, at least two weeks before the event the following would be due:
- Payment of remaining balance
- Floor Plan
- Certificate of Insurance (commercial events only)
- Copy of Alcohol Permit or Caterer’s License (if applicable)
