Called the Ridge trail, this is the main trail leading to the beach.  It has some steep downhill portions, some stairs built into the earth and some rocky and rooted portions.  There are a few benches along the trail for resting.

As you near the beach, there is a sign saying horses and bikes prohibited and strollers not advised.  From there, there is a very rocky downhill, stairs and a boardwalk.

Finally, just before the beach, Trail No 4 leads to a lookout over Vineyard Sound.  To the left is a steep set of stairs down to the beach.
