The white trail offers a rugged, invigorating hike. It leads from the main trailhead and crosses the portions of Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary known as the Obed Sherman Daggett and Maria Roberts Daggett Sanctuary, the A. S. ReedBird Refuge, and Fish Hook. The trail connects to the orange, purple, yellow, yellow-blue, orange-blue and blue trails and crosses a bog on a footbridge.
