This short trail segment runs directly through two residential neighborhoods. The Rowlands Heights Loop Connector is ideal for pedestrian use and is highly exposed. This trail should only be accessed during daylight hours as there is no lighting along the trail even though it is in a residential neighborhood.

From the 60, head south on Fairway Dr. Stay on Fairway Dr. which will eventually become Brea Canyon Cut off Road. Turn right on to Balan Rd. The trail is just after Pepperdale Rd. on the right. Parking is available along the street unless specified otherwise.
