Marking: White Dots and "S"s. Follow carefully on the upper ledges.
The Smith Summit Trail provides a lightly used linkage between Monte Rosa and the main summit. If descending, look for the "Smith Summit Trail" painted in white on a rock below the location where the White Arrow Trail follows.
