Sugar Bush Trail is a lightly trafficked, out-and-back trail located on the west-central part of the park. A very nice sloping trail that leads to the lake by way of an old growth forest featuring huge maple trees and home to Barred Owls. This area is one of five areas in Ohio which was never clear cut. The trail is good for all skill levels and is primarily used for hiking and walking. This trail includes 0.5 miles that are handicap-accessible. Dogs are not permitted.
